Buying resources on MitriFile is simple and secure:

  • 1 Create an account or log in.
  • 2 Browse our marketplace or search for specific design assets.
  • 3 Click on a product to view its details, formats, and licenses.
  • 4 Add the product to your cart or choose Buy Now.
  • 5 Complete the payment using our secure Escrow system.
  • 6 Once payment is verified, the files will be immediately available for download in your Purchased dashboard.

Join our community of talented designers and start generating passive income:

  • 1 Register a standard account.
  • 2 Complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process in your profile settings. This is required to ensure marketplace quality and security.
  • 3 Wait for our Admin team to review and approve your application (usually 1-2 business days).
  • 4 Once approved, your role will be upgraded to Designer, and you can start uploading products.

Commission Rates

By default, Sellers earn up to 90% of the sale depending on their Seller Tier.

Escrow Protection

Funds from sales are held in Escrow for a brief period to protect both buyers and sellers from fraud.

Withdrawals: Once funds are cleared to your Main Wallet, you can request a withdrawal via Bank Transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 (or equivalent in local currency). Processing takes up to 3 business days.

If the file is broken, missing, or significantly different from the description, you have the right to open a Dispute:

  • 1 Go to your Order history within 3 days of purchase.
  • 2 Click Open Dispute and provide evidence (screenshots, descriptions).
  • 3 The Admin team will halt the Escrow payment process and review the case.
  • 4 If ruled in your favor, a full or partial refund will be issued to your wallet.
Personal License:

For personal use only. Cannot be used for client work or end products for sale.

Commercial License:

Permits usage in client work and end products for sale, up to a specified limit (e.g., 5,000 end products).

PRO
Extended License:

Broadest usage rights. Unlimited end products for sale, applicable for high-volume commercial projects.

Earn passive income by referring buyers to MitriFile:

  1. Generate your unique affiliate link from the Affiliate Dashboard.
  2. Share the link on your blog, social media, or with friends.
  3. When someone clicks your link and makes a purchase, you automatically receive a commission (standard rate is 5-10%).
  4. Affiliate earnings can be withdrawn just like standard product sales.

We support transparency in AI usage:

  • If your product contains or was generated by AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.), you MUST check the AI Generated checkbox when uploading.
  • Failure to disclose AI usage may result in product deletion or account suspension.
